Alcoholics Anonymous holds meetings in several Spartanburg locations at a variety of times. AA is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.

Alzheimer's Association - Upstate Chapter

CARE Outreach
A service of the Carolina Pregnancy Center in Spartanburg offers abortion recovery support groups for persons experiencing emotional issues following an abortion. Call 864-582-4673.

Narcotics Anonymous is an international, community-based association of recovering drug addicts.
