She must accept the Girl Scout Promise and Law. Although all girls are known as Girl Scouts, there are actually five age-specific program levels: Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes and Seniors.

Junior Achievement of Spartanburg, Inc. has taught over 45,000 area students about business and the world of work. Last year alone, the organization helped instill an entrepreneurial spirit and an appreciation of the American free enterprise system in 4,000 young people in 214 JA classes. Southside Unity in the Community
Southside Unity in the Community is dedicated to promoting volunteerism within the Southside community. The program intends to make available in one central location resources, training, and opportunities that will encourage volunteerism.
Southside Unity in the Community strives to lead by example. Volunteerism is rarely taught in the Southside Community; it is our hope that this program managed entirely by volunteers will inspire volunteerism in present and future generations. Call 864-621-7209 for more information.

Young Life
Exciting action, heart-pounding adventure and a caring community. That's what most young people want, and that's what Young Life delivers. Through weekly meetings, small groups, summer camps, weekend excursions, sports leagues and one-on-one time with an adult leader, Young Life leaders build relationships with teenagers who are in the midst of the most turbulent times of their lives.
