Come join Bernard Jeremiah Johnson JR, better known as BJ, and his best friend Fred Miller, who lives right next door. Last Saturday they attended Alicia Cagswell’s first girl/boy party and received quite a surprise in Bernard and his dad. Now in "Snow Daze", it’s the first snowfall of the season and school is closed for three days. The boys spend a lot of time hanging out with the two prettiest girls at school, Alicia Cagswell and Natalie Hunter. BJ gets into a little trouble, and Fred is there to help him get out, because that’s what friends are for. The boys also find an old CB radio in Fred’s basement, and they have the adventure of a lifetime. Kim Ellis was born and raised in Queens, New York. Her parents divorced when she was nine years old. Her mother took a full-time job and she raised the author and her brother alone. Ms. Ellis grew up and married her best friend from high school.
