Spartanburg Community College has announced plans to renovate portions of the
East Building on the College’s central campus to house a state-of-the-art teaching
kitchen, classroom, bistro, dining area and outdoor kitchen for the Culinary Arts
Program.
The renovations will provide additional space to expand the program and will allow the College to begin offering evening classes for students interested in culinary arts. The kitchens will meet the needs of local culinary businesses and the specifications of the accrediting agency, the American Culinary Federation to prepare students for careers in culinary arts.
