Whatta Wash Car Wash Breaks Ground on Eastside Spartanburg Location

Whatta Wash Car Wash recently celebrated the start of construction on its new eastside Spartanburg location with a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

Whatta Wash Car Wash opened its original location in August 2011 on Spartanburg’s westside at 2414 Reidville Road. Recognizing an opportunity to expand, Whatta Wash plans to offer a similar concept at their eastside location. A continued focus will be on providing quality car care at a great value, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Whatta Wash will be installing the latest state-of-the-art technology in car care, including a water reclamation system that results in over 80% water recycling, as well as its popular Fast Pass Membership Program and free vacuums for wash customers.

One of Whatta Wash’s owners, Marty Dew, noted: “We strive to provide an attractive, safe alternative for today’s busy on-the-go customer to keep their vehicle looking great.”

Whatta Wash’s operating philosophy, grounded in the Christian belief of serving others, drives the company to support the community and the environment in which they operate. Whatta Wash supports local fundraising efforts for schools, churches, and other non-profit charity events.

Located at 2171 East Main Street, the express car wash is expected to open in April 2016. Learn more about Whatta Wash Car Wash at www.whattawash.com.
