The mission of Regional Hospice is to improve quality of life even at the end of life. Hospice care is the right choice when a cure is not possible but comfort is of utmost importance. Regional Hospice is part of the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, which also includes the Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care, BJ Workman Memorial Hospital in Woodruff, and a network of physician offices in South and North Carolina.
Opening its first hospice in 1979, Hospice Compassus is part of a family of community-based hospices. Our nationwide network is a vast resource of information benefiting both patient and families.
