16th SC Volunteers Museum of Confederate History

The 16th South Carolina Volunteers Museum of Confederate History boasts a large and growing collection of artifacts and memorabilia from the War Between the States. The collection includes firearms, photographs, flags, edged weapons, currency, clothing, letters, newspapers, and other items from military and home life.

Greenville Theatre

Palmetto Trail

Not yet completed, this trail will eventually link the Blue Ridge Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean. Several passages are currently open in Santee Cooper Country.

Runway Park at GMU

This park, which is on the grounds of the Greenville Downtown Airport, is the perfect place to watch aviation in action and children will love playing on the aviation themed playground equipment.

Greenville County Museum of Art

The Greenville County Museum of Art offers its visitors a way to sample the very best in American art through traveling exhibitions and exhibitions drawn from its own collection. It also offers art classes, evening programs, and information for teachers and school classes.

Museum & Gallery at Bob Jones University

The Museum & Gallery has shared an internationally respected European Old Master collection with the public for 65 years. Now, due to the need for building repairs and updates at M&G’s main location, the Bob Jones University museum will be closed for an estimated two year renovation. South Carolina Botanical Garden

The South Carolina Botanical Garden is a diverse 295 acres of natural landscapes, display gardens, and miles of streams and nature trails. Together with distinguished education and outreach programs, a nationally recognized nature-based sculpture collection, and the Bob Campbell Geology Museum, the SCBG is a premier site for experiencing nature and culture.
