Presented by the World Affairs Council Upstate and Upstate International, the 2023 Global Upstate Conference offers a unique opportunity for grassroots engagement in today’s global issues. For two days, at the city of Greer Event Hall and the Cannon Centre, the Global Upstate Conference will host representatives of international companies, government agencies, local industry, national think tanks, universities, the military, and non-governmental organizations together for up-to-date discussions about the world’s most pressing issues and opportunities.
