American Sign Language 1 is for people who would like to start learning American Sign Language. We start from scratch and build vocabulary to have you communicating in the language on a basic level. If you would like to begin your journey to speaking a new language this is a great way to start! There are no tests, no credits, just learning ASL for those who want to learn. This is a great way to meet up with other people who also want to learn a language!
This course will run on Monday nIghts from 7:15-8:15 starting on January 14th, and will run through March 11th. (No class on March 4th)

Once there, click on Adult Activities, and then you should see American Sign Language. Click on that to choose American Sign Language 1. Just follow the directions then to register. If you haven’t registered with the city of Greenville before you will be prompted to create an account.
