This is an inaugural community of practice for those who are producing cold brew coffee. This is a full day of collaboration, brainstorming and discussion around the skills and knowledge required to be a cold brew practitioner.
It is primarily for those creating cold brews already, who are interested in developing standards of proficiency for personnel. Others interested in doing cold brew are welcome, but the discussions and activities are designed with active cold brewers in mind.
