Both Auction & Event will take place on this site, https://event.gives/reclaimsolidarity. We will text the link to ticket holders just before the events begin.
Our theme this year is “Reclaim Solidarity” as we offer works from artisans and craftsmen from all backgrounds and walks of life. We will celebrate unity and the power of community as we raise money for men working to reclaim their lives after incarceration.
Your $25 ticket will give you:
– Access to our silent auction of local art and handcrafted items from our social enterprise, Soteria At Work.
– Access to our live event and fundraiser where you will:
- Get a virtual tour of our community development tools, including housing, transportation, education, advocacy, with an opportunity to donate to those initiatives
- Hear from our founder, Jerry Blassingame, on what it means to reclaim solidarity during our current social climate that breeds polarization, distrust, and criminalization of poverty.
- Be entered into a Raffle for a Workshop Experience where you can invite up to 6 people to work alongside interns in our program to build a piece of furniture or decor of your choice, valued up to $500. (Must be present to win!)
