The Spartanburg Little Theatre will host its season reveal gala on April 2 at 7 p.m., a particularly notable event given that the upcoming season marks the theatre’s 70th anniversary bringing musicals and plays to the Spartanburg community.
The evening will feature highlights from the as-yet-unnamed 2015-2016 shows performed by local artists, as well as cocktails and h’ors d’oeuvres.
Spartanburg Little Theatre executive director Jay Coffman said he thinks Spartanburg will be “very excited” for the 2015-2016 slate of shows, and encourages theatre lovers to come out for the reveal. “It’s a wonderful night for our community to come together,” Coffman continued. “We started this a few years ago as a fun way to announce our new season, and it’s grown into a very special event that celebrates both the wonderful work of our past season and what we’re looking forward to in the coming year.”
