Spartanburg High School Class of 1938 meets monthly at 11:30am the third Tuesday of each month at Ryan’s Steak House.
Mobile Meals is a home-delivered hot meal service for persons who are unable to prepare their own food, primarily the frail elderly who are confined to their homes.
The Shepherd’s Center is open to all seniors and offers weekday activities. Some of the activities include bridge, group sessions of crafts and handwork, video theater, line dancing, luncheons, calligraphy, fitness, and French or Spanish classes. There is a nominal membership fee for participation of any and all of the centers activities.
Senior Centers is the local area Agency on Aging for all of Spartanburg County. We have over thirty years of experience serving the senior population. Senior Centers of Spartanburg County partners with many local organizations to provide services such as nutrition, health, socialization, home care and transportation. There are locations throughout the County in small communities that are open from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
