Assistants are an appreciated addition to any flow class! In flow classes, assistants may adjust the alignment of students’ postures guiding students deeper. They have an important role within the classroom- developing a special bond with the instructor and students! In this workshop weekend, learn how to safely use hands-on assists to guide students throughout their practice. This workshop weekend will be led by Jessica Clohessy, Amanda Donahue and Kendall Keir.
