Join us for a Walkabout in downtown Spartanburg (destination to be determined). We will get together and talk a bit about Weegee (Arthur Fellig, the original street photographer) and what he did to make street photography the thing that it is now. After a discussion on street photography, ethics and courtesy, we can start. Each person will be issued 2 rolls of Black and White film before we go off shooting. Afterwards, the completed rolls will be picked up for film developing, scanned and printed into a personalized 6×6 photo book. You will then be entered into a photo contest to win.
Each participant that completes the walkabout will receive:
2-rolls of 35mm or 120 B/W film
2-B/W film developing and scanning to DropBox
1-6×6 soft cover photobook of all their shots
1-Entry into the AnalogPhotoContest
Each participant MUST HAVE:
a working 35mm or 120 film camera that:
1- can use an add on hotshoe or handle mount flash
2-manual focus lens
a flash or speedlite that can be put into Manual mode
